Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour with our agency.

By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

​​Booking and Confirmation:

a. All tour bookings must be made in advance through our authorized channels, including our website, phone, or in-person at our office.

b. A valid email address and contact number are required at the time of booking for communication purposes.

c. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment or a specified deposit amount as stated during the booking process.

d. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

 

Pricing and Payment:

a. All prices quoted are in the currency specified on our website or provided during the booking process.

b. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once a booking is confirmed, the price remains unchanged.

c. Full payment or the specified deposit amount is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms stated during the booking process.

d. Failure to make the full payment by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of the booking, and our cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

a. All cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our official contact form.

b. Full Refund: If you cancel your tour 15 days or more before the scheduled tour date, a full refund will be provided (excluding any non-refundable third-party fees, if applicable).

c. No Refund: If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled tour date, no refund will be issued.

d. Operator Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a 100% full refund of any deposits or payments made.

e. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer due to a cancellation, such as airfare, accommodation, or transportation costs.

Changes and Modifications:

a. If the customer wishes to make changes to their booking, including but not limited to the tour date, duration, or number of participants, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to availability.

b. Additional charges may apply for any changes or modifications made to the booking.

c. We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including but not limited to the order of activities, attractions visited, or accommodations, if necessary. We will inform the customer of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance:

a. We highly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost/stolen belongings.

b. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their travel insurance adequately covers their needs.​

 

Liability:

a. We will exercise reasonable care and diligence in organizing and conducting our tours.

b. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by any third party, including but not limited to transportation providers, accommodations, or attractions.

c. The customer acknowledges that participation in certain activities or excursions may involve inherent risks, and they assume full responsibility for their own safety.

 

​Privacy and Data Protection:

a. We collect and store personal information provided by customers solely for the purpose of facilitating the tour booking and providing our services.

b. We adhere to applicable data protection laws and regulations and will not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law or with the customer's explicit consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lima-Peru.

2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject     to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lima-Peru.

3. By booking a tour with our agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
